I have not taken the subway since the lockdown a few weeks ago and my bike has been my only mode of transportation. Surreal is the best way to describe how it feels to ride through Times Square right now. Never in a million years would I ever think I would ride uninterrupted through the middle of Times Square. Its like the opening scene of Vanilla Sky. Bright lights flashing but nobody in the streets. Unfuckingreal!

My medicine right now has been cooking. I love to cook but usually eat out on my day to day. This lockdown has reminded me how much I enjoy creating and building flavors. I’ve been cooking all of my favorite meals. Also been experimenting with weed butter so been enjoying some nice brownies.

Music has always been ever present in my life. When I was a kid I was always recording songs off the radio and making my own mix tapes. Music is always playing when I’m working in my studio. Music has helped me heal through break-ups, It’s been there for me at my highest and lowest points. Music has a way of transporting me into a certain moment in my life when I hear a particular song.
